At InterContinental London Park Lane, we are currently looking for a Luggage Porter to join the Concierge Team with an immediate start.

Situated at one of the capital’s most prestigious addresses- where Her Royal Highness, Queen Elizabeth II once used to reside, InterContinental London Park Lane reinvents traditional luxury to present modern and flexible sophistication in the heart of Mayfair. Inspired by its location overlooking the Royal Parks, the hotel delivers elegant natural interiors and award‑winning seasonal cuisine.

Being one of the first points of contact with our guests, our Luggage Porters will welcome guests in a friendly and warm manner, proactively anticipating our guests’ needs and providing assistance when required. You will need to execute the delivery of their luggage to and from their rooms when requested, adhering to the standards in place, offering in‑room orientation and unpacking. You will also need to collect, record, and receipt the storage of guests’ luggage, as well as providing a warm and genuine experience for the guests’ arrival and departure. In addition to this you will be required to provide any ad‑hoc assistance to the Head Concierge and the wider concierge team, including providing coverage for the door team when required.

The ideal candidate will have flexibility towards shift patterns in a busy environment and most importantly embody IHG's values with everything they do.
