Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced LSP3 to join our team who really shares our passion for inclusion. You will join a teaching and support team with high aspirations regarding meeting our diverse learner needs. Responsibilities
  • Support children with their learning, ensuring they reach their full potential.
  • Work closely with teachers and other staff to deliver tailored support, including working with children who have additional needs.
  • Provide high‑quality support to learning and achievement for vulnerable groups, initially within Key Stage 2.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Appropriately literate and numerate.
  • Experience delivering high‑quality phonic sessions using Little Wandle.
  • Relevant NVQ3 or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior paid experience in a primary school setting as a member of the Learning Support team.
  • Professional, adaptable, child‑centred and experienced in urban areas such as Sandwell.
  • Key training: First Aid, Little Wandle, WellComm, Food Hygiene.
  • Forest school leader qualification would be advantageous.
Employment Details

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full time (32.5 hours), 8.45‑3.45pm each day. Standard Term Time plus 2 days.

Grade: Band D 9‑17 FTE £27,254 – £31,022 (Actual pro‑rata salary £21,131 – £24,628)
