A local educational institution in Cradley Heath seeks an experienced LSP3 to foster an inclusive learning environment. The role involves supporting children in their learning, collaborating with teachers, and delivering tailored support for vulnerable groups. Candidates must have relevant qualifications, experience in primary education, and skills in delivering high-quality phonic sessions. This permanent full-time position offers a salary range of £21,131 to £24,628 pro-rata, with full-time hours of 32.5 each week.

Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time (32.5 hours), 8.45‑3.45pm each day. Standard Term Time plus 2 days.
Grade: Band D 9‑17 FTE £27,254 – £31,022 (Actual pro‑rata salary £21,131 – £24,628)
