At Morrisons, our loyalty program isn't just about points; it’s about understanding the people who shop with us. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who loves the "why" behind the data and the "how" behind a great offer.
You’ll be leading our targeted offers. Whether it’s a personalised voucher through the post, a digital nudge in our app, or a surprise coupon at the till, you’ll lead the strategy that makes our customers feel seen and valued.
This is a 12 month fixed term role, working Monday - Fri with a requirement for 3 days per week in our Head Office, Bradford.

We're looking for someone who is a commercial thinker who understands everything customer loyalty. You’ll need strong analytical skills to manage the "commercials," but you’ll also need the empathy to understand the customer's needs.
