Are you an enthusiastic, motivational team leader? Are you a perfectionist for process, crackers about compliance and passionate about performance? Then this unique and exciting opportunity to join our small but mighty Hospice Lottery team at St Michaels Hospice (Hastings & Rother) as a Lottery Team Leader could be for you!

Leading one of the most successful local hospice lotteries in the country, you will manage a small team of dedicated lottery colleagues who together, help deliver a lottery that raises over £500,000 every year to support the vital work of our hospice.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a small team of lottery colleagues to deliver a compliant, successful hospice lottery that raises over £500,000 annually.
  • Motivate and develop team members to achieve targets and maintain high standards of performance and compliance.
  • Impact and contribute to the growth and success of the lottery within a fast-paced, income-generating environment.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience in motivating teams and delivering results.
  • Understanding of opportunities and requirements to deliver a compliant, successful lottery.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, income-generating environment.
Contract and Hours
  • This position is a temporary contract of between 9 and 12 months.
  • Full-time hours; 37.5 hours per week.
