A rapidly growing furniture business in Luton is seeking a Logistics & Warehouse Planning Administrator on a 7-month FTC. You will process orders, coordinate stock transfers, and plan logistics. Candidates should have prior experience in logistics, strong problem-solving skills, and good Excel proficiency. This role offers a chance to be part of a sustainable team, with potential for permanence.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a similar logistics/ operations/ warehouse role.
  • Good knowledge of customs.
  • Strong desire to grow and develop and learn new skills.
  • Proven experience in problem solving and strong attention to detail.
  • Great organisational skills.
  • Good Excel skills (v-lookups/ pivot tables) and experience with an ERP system.

Responsibilities

  • Processing orders, raising POs and invoices.
  • Coordinate the stock transfer and movement of goods.
  • Plan logistics and transport routes from the warehouse.
  • Proactively analyse data to problem solve and improve processes.

Systems and Warehouse Planning Admin (7 month FTC)- Luton (on-site)- Up to £35k pro-rata

Pod Talent is proud to be partnering with a rapidly growing furniture business, who are looking for a Warehouse Admin to join their innovative and sustainable team in Luton on a fixed term contract basis. There is a strong chance of this role coming permanent for the right candidate!

In this role, you will be:

  • Processing orders, raising POs and invoices

  • Plan logistics and transport routes from the warehouse
  • Proactively analyse the data to problem solve and improve processes
