Overview

In the role of Logistics Officer, you will work directly with other members of the Safeguarding, Review, and Quality Assurance Team (SRQA), helping them with general administrative, reporting and budgeting duties. You will be able to collate relevant data across different projects, analyse data and provide reports back as required. We are relaunching our Lifelong Links service to create a lasting positive support network for children and young people in the care system to help during their time in care and into adulthood. You will support our newly appointed Lifelong Links Coordinator and SRQA team in providing much-needed administrative and financial support.

Working style

You will be office based 3 days a week, playing a key role in supporting colleagues within the wider Safeguarding, Reviewing and Quality Assurance Team. You will have the flexibility to work from different offices and in hybrid way, while being part of a dedicated team making a real difference to the lives of children young people we serve.

What You7;ll Be Doing

You will lead on obtaining, and collating data relevant to the Lifelong Links, Family Group Conferences, Mentoring and Safeguarding Review and Quality Assurance work and provide logistical support across different projects within the service. In this role, you will work collaboratively with third-sector providers tracking and reporting on and analysing relevant data to the project, run reports on project-related information including outcomes and budget report and lead on evaluating the impact of the Lifelong Links service to assist with data that will help the service move forward on a sustainable footing.
