Bouygues UK invites applications for a pivotal Construction Logistics Manager role for an innovative £119M education project in Cardiff, contributing to the development of Cardiff & Vale College's new facilities. Job Purpose and Scope

This role is crucial to ensuring seamless logistical operations encompassing multi-labour coordination, waste management, and site security. Your expertise will drive efficient, safe, and quality-focused project operations, crucial for achieving environmental and health standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate logistical operations regarding deliveries, site access/egress, compliance with the DMS, and security requirements.
  • Implement and manage waste disposal in accordance with Environmental and Site Waste Management plans.
  • Enforce a stringent housekeeping policy and collaborate with the commercial team on clean-up directives.
  • Conduct field surveillance to verify adherence to housekeeping, security, environmental, and health standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure Risk Assessments, Task Safety Plans, and Method Statements are approved and communicated.
  • Monitor implementation and compliance, ensuring project activities align with agreed standards and timelines.
