Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Logistics Manager to lead our busy portering and logistics service across three campuses. This is a working supervisor role, where you will both manage and work alongside the team to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service.

Responsibilities
  • Supervising and developing the portering team, ensuring excellent customer service and up-to-date health & safety training.
  • Coordinating room setups and campus deliveries efficiently, using our Helpdesk and booking systems.
  • Managing waste collection and compliance with statutory waste regulations.
  • Overseeing portering equipment and contributing to asset management processes.
  • Building strong working relationships with colleagues and contractors.

This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the College. You will need at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, strong organisational and communication skills, and proven knowledge of health and safety in practice.
