HII Mission Technologies is seeking a motivated Logistics Analyst to join our team in Abingdon. This role will directly support the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) in executing the Command and Control CBRN Response Enterprise (C2CREA) mission. As a Logistics Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring mission readiness by planning, coordinating, and managing logistics operations that directly impact national defense and emergency response capabilities.

What You Will Do
  • Lead a team of logistics analysts delivering Logistic Information System (LIS) Maximo support to Army Reserve Task Force (TF) units assigned to the C2CREA mission.
  • Conduct engaging LIS Maximo training sessions to strengthen unit readiness.
  • Configure unit sites, locations, storerooms, and user accounts/permissions within the LIS to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate equipment inventories across onsite and offsite locations safeguarding mission-critical assets.
  • Manage work orders for durable and consumable equipment replacement or repair, keeping units fully mission capable.
  • Oversee quote purchase request and purchase order (PR/PO) management to streamline procurement processes.
  • Perform trend analysis to identify issues, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Generate reports and provide data insights to support decision‑making.
  • Deliver LIS support during quarterly Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) and exercise visits to ensure operational excellence.
  • Recommend actions to resolve logistics challenges, optimizing systems and processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Partner with the Program Manager on revenue forecasting and resource planning.
  • Travel 5‑10% annually to support mission requirements.
  • Maintain a valid state driver’s license and eligibility to operate vehicles on Federal Government installations.
What We Are Looking For
  • 3 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s in a related field; 1 year of relevant experience with a Master’s in a related field; or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior military experience and understanding of military logistics operations.
  • Hands‑on experience with Maximo Logistic Information System (LIS).
  • Background in financial management or accounting.
  • Familiarity with Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) response missions.
Physical Requirements
  • Able to work in warehouse and field locations/environments.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs.
