What You’ll Do

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Logistics Co‑ordinator to join our Procurement team, reporting to the Head of Logistics. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the logistical needs of the company and our customers, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries across the UK and internationally. You will work closely with third‑party logistics providers and internal stakeholders to coordinate daily shipments, bookings, and delivery schedules, maintaining high standards of service and accuracy throughout.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent planning and organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. A background in supply chain logistics or 3PL distribution is essential, along with experience coordinating third‑party logistics providers. You should be confident communicating with internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, and face‑to‑face, and demonstrate a passion for delivering outstanding customer service across road, air, and sea transport. Qualifications in logistics or transport are desirable, and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset will be key to thriving in this fast‑paced environment.
