Logistics Coordinator - Winchester - Full-time

Salary £30,000-£32,000 pa, with forecast profit based bonus

We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator for a full‑time position located within the Winchester area. The Logistics Coordinator will manage daily logistics operations, including planning inventory management, vehicle maintenance, coordination of supply chain activities, and ensuring on‑time deliveries. The role involves communicating with teams and customers, supervising schedules, and addressing customer service inquiries while maintaining accurate records and optimising workflows.

Qualifications

Previous experience within logistics, fleet or operations support required

Strong organisational skills and a proficiency in problem‑solving and decision‑making

Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams, drivers and customers

Proven experience in Customer Service and building lasting relationships with stakeholders

Good understanding of geographical area and delivery planning

Knowledge of Supply Chain Management principles and processes

Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
