• Previous experience in groupage, transport planning, or freight forwarding is essential.
• Strong knowledge of UK & European road freight operations, customs processes is advantageous.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily groupage operations.
• Consolidate multiple consignments into shared loads to maximise efficiency.
• Liaise with customers, hauliers, and overseas agents for collections and deliveries.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including customs paperwork.
• Monitor shipments, resolve delays or discrepancies, and update customers.
• Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure goods are loaded correctly.
• Maintain accurate records within the transport management system.

Skills
