Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily groupage operations.
  • Consolidate multiple consignments into shared loads to maximise efficiency.
  • Liaise with customers, hauliers, and overseas agents for collections and deliveries.
  • Prepare and process shipping documentation, including customs paperwork.
  • Monitor shipments, resolve delays or discrepancies, and update customers.
  • Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure goods are loaded correctly.
  • Maintain accurate records within the transport management system.

Skills

Job Title: Groupage Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and organised Groupage Logistics Coordinator to join our busy transport and freight forwarding team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing groupage shipments, ensuring consignments are consolidated, routed, and delivered efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Responsibilities
