Qualifications

As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of day-to-day operations - building client relationships, planning schedules, and ensuring projects are delivered smoothly. Key Responsibilities of the Logistics Co-ordinator role:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through partnership working, regular reviews, and ongoing service improvements
  • Coordinate and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring systems, processes, and service levels meet client needs
  • Oversee logistics in real time, planning routes, scheduling vehicles, and responding quickly to any changes or escalations
  • Prepare and monitor quotes for client moves, ensuring timely responses and accurate resource allocation
  • Carry out site surveys and risk assessments to support accurate quotations and safe, efficient delivery of projects

The Ideal Logistics Co-ordinator:
