Logistics Co‑ordinator – £13.50 per hour – Coventry – Start ASAP

Pure Staff are recruiting on behalf of a reliable and well‑established client based in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Logistics Co‑ordinator to join a busy and growing operation, offering ongoing agency work with the potential for long‑term opportunities.

Your role as a Logistics Co‑ordinator
  • Manage UK stock levels, replenishment orders, and stock transfers
  • Raise and monitor purchase orders, ensuring on‑time deliveries
  • Arrange imports from Europe and liaise with logistics partners
  • Prepare loading plans and assist with customs documentation
  • Book in goods, maintain accurate stock records, and review freight costs
  • Liaise with UK/Ireland delivery partners and approved couriers
  • Process spare parts orders, delivery notes, PODs, and invoicing
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support warehouse operations when required
Requirements
  • Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse administration
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Reliable, cost‑conscious, and able to work to deadlines
