As a Logistics Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our logistics and supply chain processes. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about supporting the logistics team in driving operational efficiency. After an initial training period, this role offers the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work two days from home each week and providing an excellent work‑life balance.

How you create impact
  • Assists in coordinating and managing all logistics activities, including shipments, inventory control, and order processing.
  • Accurately enters and maintains logistics data in internal systems, ensuring all records are current and accurate.
  • Tracks inventory levels, ensures stock is replenished on time, and supports warehouse operations to meet demand and supply targets.
  • Acts as a liaison between internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth logistics operations, timely deliveries, and issue resolution.
  • Identifies and troubleshoots logistical issues, working with relevant teams to resolve them quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintains detailed records of logistics activities, including shipments, deliveries, and any discrepancies, for future reference and compliance.
  • Identifies areas for improvement in logistics processes and contributes suggestions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Excellent time‑management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy, fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal teams, external vendors, and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), with experience in logistics or warehouse management systems an added advantage.
  • Analytical and problem‑solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and work independently when necessary.
