A regional legal agency is seeking a Locum Principal Litigation Lawyer for 3 months, offering flexibility with predominantly remote working arrangements. The role requires solid experience in Litigation and Licensing matters, where the candidate will handle various tasks including court preparations and representation. The position offers a daily rate of up to £500, subject to experience. Ideal for those with previous local authority work experience.
Position: Locum Principal Litigation Lawyer (Litigation and Licensing)
Organisation: Home Counties based Local Authority
Duration: 3 months with the possibility of extension thereafter
Working Pattern: Full Time ideally, part time also considered
Working Arrangement: Predominantly remote working, Court attendance when required
Hourly Rate: Up to £500 per day umbrella
The ideal candidate will have experience in handling Litigation and Licensing matters including Civil Litigation, Housing and Prosecutions and can demonstrate prior experience working on behalf of Local Authorities.
