Locum Litigation Lawyer – £55 Umbrella – South West

Venn Group’s specialist Public Sector Legal team is working with aSouth West Local Authoritywho are seeking to appoint a talentedLocum Litigation Lawyerto join their team for an initial term of6 months, subject to likely extension thereafter.

The successful candidate will be aQualified Lawyer(Solicitors, Barristers and highly experienced CILEX professionals) with recent local government experience (preferably at county or unitary level). The position will involve handling a varied caseload predominantly consisting of education prosecutions, along with other related areas of litigation.

An attractive hourly rate of up to £55 per hour Umbrella is offered for this position dependent on experience. Remote working is available, however ideally the successful candidate will be willing to travel to attend court when necessary.
