A regional NHS health service based in King's Lynn is seeking a Locum Consultant in Urology for a 12-month fixed-term appointment starting February 2026. Applications are invited for a fixed‑term Locum Consultant in Urology based at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, King’s Lynn. The post will be a 12‑month fixed‑term appointment starting February 2026 to fill a gap while recruiting to the Substantive post. The post holder is expected to be trained in general urology and have a special interest to complement the department.
The James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and the Queen Elizabeth Hospital King’s Lynn NHS Foundation Trust are now working in partnership as the Norfolk and Waveney University Hospitals Group. All future senior medical and dental appointments will be expected to work in collaboration across the Group and to be willing to work on more than one hospital site, dependent on service needs.
