Overview

Locum Commercial Property Lawyer – East of England – Up to £60 per hour umbrella – Remote – Initial 3+ months

Venn Group’s specialist legal team is currently working with a well-regarded Local Authority in the East of England to recruit a Commercial Property Lawyer on an interim basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join a dynamic legal team.

The Role

Position: Locum Commercial Property Lawyer

Rate: Up to £60 per hour umbrella

Duration: Initial 6+ months with the possibility for extension

Location: Remote working after the first day

Hours: Full Time or Part-Time applicants considered

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload of routine and complex commercial property work, including acquisitions and disposals, Landlord and Tenant matters, alongside Regeneration work
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders and provide advice when needed
• Ensure compliance with statutory duties and obligations

About You

• An experienced Commercial Property and Regeneration Lawyer
• A background of working within Local Government or the Public Sector
• Ability to handle a varied caseload efficiently and work independently
