Job Description

Flowlify Ltd is expanding fast, and we’re looking for confident, motivated sales reps across Teesside to help local businesses improve how they handle enquiries.

You will be speaking to small businesses (e.g. tradesmen, salons, garages, restaurants) and offering them our AI-powered chatbot service, which helps them capture missed enquiries, automate replies, and win more customers.

This role is commission-only, but realistic weekly earning potential is strong — especially for individuals comfortable speaking to business owners.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Visiting local businesses in Teesside
• Introducing Flowlify’s AI automation service
• Following a simple sales script (provided)
• Explaining how the chatbot helps them get more customers
• Signing up clients using a simple Stripe link
• Reporting your sales in our tracking system

No experience required — but confidence and communication skills are essential.

Earnings & Commission Structure

This role is commission-only, and the structure is simple:

• £50 commission per client sale
• Strong performers regularly earn £1,500–£2,000+ per month
• Realistic performance allows total earnings equal to or above National Minimum Wage

Weekly payouts

No targets — flexible work around your schedule

This earning potential meets the DWP requirement that commission-only roles can achieve NMW or higher.
