RAFAKidz is the proud winner of Nursery Group of the Year 2025. We provide high quality, affordable early years childcare and wraparound services to the children of serving RAF personnel and the wider defence community. RAFAKidz is a not-for-profit organisation, reinvesting surplus income to support the RAF community. Our newest setting in central London is one of 21 settings in the RAFAKidz family and opened in April. Based within an exclusive VIP establishment in the heart of Westminster, a few minutes walk from Westminster and Embankment tube stations, our colleagues can benefit from an onsite café and gym. • Using the EYFS learning outcomes to plan and carry out fun, educational and stimulating activities
• Updating and maintaining accurate records that fulfil Ofsted requirements
• Designated key worker responsibilities for a group of children
• Work with Senco to identify and support children with special educational needs and disabilities
