The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with babies and be confident in carrying out all aspects of childcare. The role will involve all general nursery duties. Details

Working hours: Monday to Friday 7 am to 7 pm. Some proxy-parenting and occasional weekend cover needed with notice.

Duties
  • Preparing and feeding milk
  • Organising the child’s daily schedule and routines
  • Changing nappies and ensuring proper hygiene
  • Cleaning and sterilising bottles
  • Establishing and following a nap routine
  • Washing and dressing the child
  • Engaging the child in play and age-appropriate activities
  • Monitoring the child’s development and keeping parents updated
  • Ensuring the child’s safety, happiness, and well-being at all times
  • Escorting the child to doctor’s appointments and assisting with the bedtime routine
  • Organising and managing the child’s clothes
  • Handling laundry and ironing of the child’s clothing
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the child’s room
  • Carrying out occasional grocery shopping for the child’s supplies
