Live In Cleaner / Housekeeper Job, Lancaster Lancashire – Separate 1 bedroom flat accommodation - £30,000+ GPA

Our client is looking for an experienced private household Cleaner / Housekeeper to look after a 5 bedroom family home in Lancaster. This is a hands on cleaning role with no requirements for cooking or childcare. Family have 5 children and if you did want to take on some extra hours with occasional babysitting, this is an option but not essential.

The house as 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and is modern in style. The client also has a couple of Air B&B properties in the local area and part of the role will be to clean during the change overs but all properties are in the local area and within walking distance.

Duties will include:

• All hands‑on cleaning, dusting, hoovering, mopping
• Cleaning bathrooms
• Bed making and changing
• Cleaning and change overs on the Air B&B properties
• Generally keeping the home clean, tidy and running smoothly
• There is no requirement for cooking or childcare

Excellent references and Enhanced DBS required

A separate 1 bed flat is provided which is within walking distance of the property. Furnished and all bills paid.

The client is looking for someone with some previous cleaning experience within a family home.

Driver is not essential but would be a bonus – car can be provided for work use.
