We are recruiting kind, committed and experienced Live-In Care Assistants to support adults in their own homes across Devonshire, helping people stay safe, independent and comfortable where they live best.

Your role
  • Provide one-to-one person-centred support in the client’s home
  • Assist with personal care, meal preparation, medication prompts and daily routines
  • Encourage independence, choice and meaningful activity
  • Monitor wellbeing and follow individual care and risk plans
  • Work alongside families, health professionals and our wider care team
  • Keep accurate daily records and communicate clearly with the office team
What we’re looking for
  • Experience in domiciliary, live-in or community care
  • Updated mandatory training (or willingness to complete within three weeks)
  • Compassion, professionalism and a calm approach
  • Ability to work independently and build trust with clients
  • Confident communication and respect for individual needs
  • Driving is helpful but not essential
