Join a leading live-in care provider that values their carer’s and contributes to travel to your placement and your food allowance.

We are proud to say that we pay our Care Assistants, £735-£788 per week , with additional £50.00 towards travel costs and an additional £40.00 per week food allowance with real career progression. As a matter of fact, a majority of our office team has been promoted internally.

Bluebird Care Mid-South are looking for committed & reliable individuals to join our team on a full-time basis, living & working in our customers’ homes on a weekly rota basis up.

Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate care and support to clients in their daily activities, ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients' health conditions.
  • Prepare nutritious meals tailored to clients' dietary needs.
  • Engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities to promote mental well-being.
  • Maintain a clean and safe living environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Document care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to family or healthcare professionals.
Requirements

We will not be able to process your application if you do not have the right to work in the UK or do not live locally to our office.
