Join Our Team as a Live-In Caregiver in Rugby

We are looking for kind, compassionate individuals who want to make a real difference in the lives of our clients to join our team in Rugby as a Live-In Caregiver. As a Live-In Caregiver, you will live in a client's home and provide a variety of non-medical services to help them stay independent in their own home.

You do not need any prior experience or specific qualifications to become a Caregiver. However, experience working in a care setting or with older people, such as caring for a family member or voluntary work, would be beneficial. You should have a passion for supporting others, pride in delivering outstanding service, and qualities such as reliability, trustworthiness, and respect. Enjoying building professional friendships and being comfortable spending time with others are important traits.

Additional Information

As a Live-In Caregiver, you will receive an allowance towards food provided by the client, a private room, and access to a TV and WiFi. We also offer comprehensive training and ongoing support.
