A national sports organization based in the City of London is seeking a Live & Archive Producer to deliver high-quality live match coverage and creatively handle England's rich football archive. This role involves managing livestreams, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring production quality. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in live sports production and a deep understanding of digital platforms, alongside a passion for football. We have an exciting newly created opportunity within our Creative Content team at The Football Association. We are looking for a Live & Archive Producer to join us at the iconic Wembley Stadium and play a key role in the launch and continued evolution of England's owned digital platform.
This role sits at the intersection of live production and creative storytelling. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality live match coverage while unlocking the power of England's rich archive to tell meaningful, engaging stories that resonate with football audiences.
As part of England's Content team, you will lead the planning, setup and delivery of match livestreams, ensuring a premium, reliable and engaging viewing experience. Beyond matchdays, you will oversee the creation and distribution of highlights packages and reimagine archive content from England teams past and present to drive audience growth, engagement and retention.

Currently, we are working within a hybrid working model whereby the expectation is to work from your contractual location for part of the week, and as and when required by the team. The remaining days can be worked remotely. We will continue to monitor this model, and it may be adjusted in future if deemed necessary.
