The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their friendly and growing Litigation team. The role involves managing a diverse caseload of commercial and general litigation matters, working both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a varied portfolio of litigation matters from instruction to resolution.
  • Deliver clear, pragmatic legal advice tailored to clients’ needs.
  • Draft pleadings, statements, and other key legal documents.
  • Attend hearings and conduct advocacy where appropriate, or support counsel.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and external partners.
  • Contribute positively to the team’s collaborative and supportive culture.
About You

The ideal candidate will :

  • Enjoy working in a small, boutique firm where every team member’s contribution is valued.
  • Have 7–10 years’ post-qualification experience, ideally in Commercial Litigation (additional experience in Family or Personal Injury matters is advantageous).
  • Be confident handling matters autonomously while also being a team player.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Have excellent attention to detail and a client-focused approach.
  • Be willing to travel and attend court hearings as needed.
