Litigation Solicitor - Exeter

My client is a well-established and highly regarded multi-office practice seeking an accomplished and experienced Litigation Solicitor to become a key member of their team in the Exeter office.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse range of civil cases, including professional negligence, farming partnerships, landlord-tenant disputes, and other civil disputes.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in civil disputes, particularly in property matters, contentious probate, and partnership disagreements.
  • Experience in employment law is a bonus but not essential.
