Boutique Commercial Law Firm - Henley-on-Thames

We are a specialist boutique commercial law firm based inHenley-on-Thames, seeking a1-4 years' PQE Solicitorwho is keen to build a long-term career inlitigation and dispute resolution.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor to gain hands‑on experience in high‑quality, complex disputes, working closely with senior practitioners in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role

You will work across a broad range of contentious matters, including:

• Commercial Litigation
• Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
• Mediation and Arbitration
• Business Debt Recovery
• Contractual Disputes (including contracts governed by the law of England & Wales)
• Claims against Directors
• Franchise Disputes
• Injunctions
• Partnership and Shareholder Disputes
• International disputes

Our work regularly involves cross‑border matters and clients with interests in:

London, Geneva, Stockholm, Rotterdam, Dubai and Florida.

About You

• 1-4 years' PQE
• A genuine interest inlitigation and dispute resolution
• Strong drafting, research and analytical skills
• Confident communicator with a professional, client‑focused approach
• Proactive, enthusiastic and keen to develop technical expertise in commercial disputes

Previous exposure to contentious work, ADR, or international matters would be an advantage, but is not essential.
