Litigation Solicitor – London, Holborn

Litigation Solicitor – Our client, a highly esteemed Holborn firm with a legacy spanning over 300 years and voted as Times best law firms, is seeking a NQ+ Litigation Solicitor with contentious Trust & Probate and Property Litigation experience to join their growing dispute resolution team.

Responsibilities
  • Advise and act for clients on litigation matters by conducting legal research
  • Draft and negotiate key documents
  • Provide strategic advice and manage client communications
  • Represent clients in court and mediation
  • Support a partner-led team handling a wide array of civil disputes, including contentious trusts and probate, commercial conflicts, property disputes, professional negligence claims, and charity-related disagreements
Candidate Requirements
  • Solicitor between NQ and 2 years PQE
  • Exposure to a range of litigation matters and trained with either a national law firm or City practice
  • Solid background in contentious trust & probate and property litigation
  • Willingness to advise on other disputes as they arise (e.g., Court of Protection, art & cultural property, commercial, or construction disputes)
