We are a firm of solicitors providing a wide range oflegal services, but specialising in civil litigation. we are recruiting alitigation paralegal to assist our solicitors with their litigated,housing disrepair case loads.

Please note that this is an in person role and the successful candidate will work full-time in our new office in Bolton.

The role will involve drafting and assisting with various courtpapers and so attention to detail and excellent drafting skills are amust.

Candidates must have a law degree or equivalent and would ideallyhave completed the LPC and or have experience of working on litigatedcivil litigation claims.

The successful candidate will:

  • Prepare and assist with thethepreparation of court documents including particulars of claim, witnessstatements and court bundles
  • Consider and take instructions
  • Prepare and draft documents
  • Review and report on evidence
  • Interview clients to obtain key information
  • Work on a case management system
  • Improve their telephone skills
  • Diary and time management
