Job description

Litigation Paralegal / Legal Assistant - Rare Opportunity

TSR Legal are proud to be working with a law firm with a difference!! The firm has an excellent reputation for its broad commercial litigation work, headed up by an industry recognised Partner with a proven track record with offices in the Usk area.

The firm acts for commercial business clients and also on instructions from high-net-worth & high-profile business owners and investors.

The role has been created to work directly in support of a busy Partner. The next appointment will ideally be a Legal Assistant / Paralegal who has completed the LLB & ideally LPC. Those with commercial disputes experience and with a genuine enthusiasm for this practice area are encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate will need exceptional client skills as they will, in time, be expected to maintain / develop existing client relationships and offer supervision to more junior team members.

Towards the more junior end of that scale a candidate would need to embrace having a lot of exposure and responsibility at an early stage of their career, and would be expected to learn quickly. At the upper end of the spectrum the firm would want a Solicitor who is able to function without close supervision, and who is looking for a long-term opportunity in a team with national recognition and Legal 500 recognised Managing Partner.
