Job Description:

We are currently working in partnership with a Local Authority based in the South-West, recruiting for a locum Senior Litigation Lawyer to join the team initially for 3 months.

The role can be on a fully remote basis, with a rate around £55p/hour UMB, negotiable depending on PQE.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling a varied caseload including property litigation, highways, and general civil litigation, including debt recovery and judicial review proceedings
• Advising on criminal and civil litigation matters, involving planning enforcement and education issues
• Providing guidance and supervision to junior Litigation team members
