Litigation LawyerA Litigation Lawyer is required by a law firm in Dorset with a professional reputation and enviable employee supportive culture require a Litigation Lawyer, a qualified solicitor or legal executive, to work upon a caseload of mixed litigation files under the supervision of an experienced Solicitor.The role will enable the Litigation Lawyer to work on a variety of disputes cases involving contentious probate matters, debt recovery, consumer disputes, personal injury, building disputes and repossessions.The successful Litigation Lawyer will have excellent communication, negotiation, organisational and time management skills.Salary is dependent upon experience.
