Qualifications

  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English (written & spoken) is essential.
  • Previous experience in logistics, transport, or customer service is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for Lithuanian-speaking drivers and customers.
  • Planning and scheduling vehicles.
  • Managing each transport booking from request to invoice payment.
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and queries in both English and Lithuanian.
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks within the Operations team.
  • Coordinate logistics information between drivers, customers, and internal departments.
  • Ensuring the fleet is operating within transport budgets.
  • Oversee deliveries and collections are completed on time.
  • Assist in problem resolution and ensure high customer service standards.

Lithuanian-Speaking Office Assistant

Location: Isle of Sheppey
Salary: Competitive
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (flexible)

The Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading, well-established logistics business that prides itself on delivering exceptional service in a demanding industry sector. With customer focus at the heart of their values, they are seeking an Office Assistant with fluent Lithuanian language skills to join their busy Operations & Logistics team.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for Lithuanian-speaking drivers and customers
  • Planning and scheduling vehicles
  • Managing each transport booking from request to invoice payment
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and queries in both English and Lithuanian
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks within the Operations team

About you / Qualifications

  • Previous experience in logistics, transport, or customer service is an advantage
