Our private care home is situated in the beautiful town of Hinckley, close to the town centre. We specialise in Residential Care, Dementia Care, Nursing Care, Respite Care, and Palliative care for 72-residents.

We’re searching for a dynamic Lifestyle Lead to bring fun and fulfillment to our residents’ lives. In this role, you’ll partner with the Home Manager to design and implement a wide range of engaging activities tailored to the needs and interests of our residents. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established home with a stellar reputation as we expand into our brand new community on the top floor. Successful candidates will have the unique opportunity to be part of this exciting new chapter, helping shape a thriving, supportive environment as our home grows.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Activity Planning & Execution: Design and lead monthly and individual activity programs that cater to a variety of interests, helping residents maintain their hobbies and discover new ones.
Promote Social Interaction: Facilitate social opportunities that encourage residents to connect and enjoy their time in the care home.
Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of all activities to ensure that every event is documented and meets the needs of our residents.
