Qualifications

• Experience handling residential and/or commercial property transactions.
• Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Conduct commercial property transactions such as leases, sales, and purchases.
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors.
• Ensure compliance with SRA, AML, and data protection standards.
