Qualifications

Licensed Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive | Leicestershire | Full Time | 35 hours, Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm (flexible) | Competitive salary, dependent on experience

• Broad experience in all aspects of residential property, including freehold/leasehold, first registrations, auctions, new builds, shared ownership, transfers of equity, site acquisition and development, and plot sales
• IT literate and confident using conveyancing software, CRM systems, Land Registry Online, DocuSign, and digital dictation tools
• Self-sufficient and able to manage a busy caseload independently, while maintaining excellent client care
• Team player with a positive attitude, happy to work in the office and support colleagues
• Business development/networking experience desirable but not essential
