Job Title: Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Location: England, Greater London, Bromley

Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours

Primary Industry: Education and Training

Salary: £95 - £105 Per day

Job Duties:
  • Supporting the teacher in delivering lessons and activities
  • Assisting with classroom management
  • Working with individual students or small groups to provide additional support
  • Helping to create a positive learning environment
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
Required Qualifications:
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Education:
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Experience:
  • Experience working in a similar role within a school setting
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Understanding of child development and learning processes
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Patience and empathy when working with students
Preferred Qualifications:
  • First Aid certification
  • Training in safeguarding children
Working Conditions:
  • Work will primarily take place within a classroom setting
  • May involve some physical activity such as supporting students with mobility
  • Regular interaction with students, teachers, and parents
