Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment for young children. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in the development and well-being of children in our care, fostering their growth through engaging activities and individualized attention.

Responsibilities
  • Create and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Supervise children\'s playtime, ensuring safety and encouraging positive interactions among peers.
  • Establish strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive community.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming nursery environment.
  • Observe and assess children\'s progress, documenting developmental milestones and communicating findings with parents.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to plan and execute special events or programs.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations while promoting hygiene practices among children.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting is preferred.
  • A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or Child Development is highly desirable.
