Your Opportunity

This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering high-quality care and education who thrives in a nurturing child‑centred environment. You will play a key role in supporting childrens learning and development planning engaging activities and working closely with colleagues parents and carers to ensure each child reaches their full potential. This is a fantastic chance to make a meaningful impact within a supportive and forward‑thinking school community.

What we are looking for
  • Holds a full and relevant Level 3 (or above) qualification in childcare
  • Achieved GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and child development
  • Demonstrates a clear commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
  • Confident in implementing safeguarding procedures and maintaining appropriate boundaries
  • Knowledge of keyworker systems health and safety in a nursery setting and equal opportunities
  • Effective communicator with the ability to build positive relationships with children colleagues and parents
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Pro Rata Salary : 20910.76

Pay Range : GLF Associate Grade 3.1

Hours : 35 hrs per week Monday Friday 8.00am 15.30pm (Term time 39 weeks)
