Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
Location: Wolverhampton | Flexible Hours | Competitive Rate

We are seeking a qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to support high-quality early years provision in nurseries and childcare settings across Wolverhampton.

Role Requirements:

  • Hold a valid Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
  • Proven recent experience (minimum 6 months) working in an early years setting with children aged 0-5
  • Sound knowledge and application of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
  • Ability to plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that support children’s development across all areas
  • Strong communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Current Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to obtain promptly
  • Reliable, professional, and flexible to meet the needs of different settings
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver effective, developmentally appropriate care and learning to children in line with EYFS
  • Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and contribute to assessment processes
  • Support a positive, inclusive environment promoting children’s well-being and safeguarding at all times
  • Collaborate closely with nursery staff and management to maintain high standards of care
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and safeguarding policies and procedures
