Overview

We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Telecoms Field Operative Apprenticeship Programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, earn while you learn, and develop the skills needed to become a fully qualified telecoms engineer.

Apprentices will work on behalf of CityFibre, one of the UK’s fastest-growing full-fibre network providers and a key strategic partner of Kelly Group.

Responsibilities

• Installing and maintaining telecoms infrastructure (cabling, routers, poles, and underground networks).
• Learning how to diagnose and repair faults in broadband and fibre networks.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to industry standards.
• Providing excellent customer service while working on residential and commercial sites.
