Aspire People are working in partnership with a welcoming, community‑led primary school in the M8 area, who are seeking a committed Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join their team on a long‑term basis.

The Role

As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support learning across the school day. This role will involve a mixture of general classroom support and targeted intervention work.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting pupils within the classroom setting across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
  • Working 1:1 or with small groups to reinforce learning
  • Supporting children with additional needs where required
  • Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom organisation

Requirements
  • Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
