Job Title: LEV Engineer (Servicing & Installation) – Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire.

Salary / Benefits: £25,000 – £45,000 + Training + Benefits.

We are working closely with a UK leading provider of LEV Services, who, due to continuous growth and success, are now seeking a BOHS P601 qualified LEV Engineer. The successful candidate will have extensive experience carrying out the installation, commissioning, servicing, and repairing of LEV systems in line with HSG 258 guidelines across Pharmaceutical, Educational and Manufacturing sites. Covering the North of England, you will oversee your own schedule, booking in and carrying out work in line with company / client needs.

Experience & Qualifications

• Hold the BOHS P601 qualification.
• Experience working hands‑on as an LEV Engineer for a reputable provider of LEV services.
• Exceptional knowledge of HSG 258 guidelines.
• Holding the BOHS P602 would be desirable.
• Good IT skills.
• Excellent time‑management skills, able to organise workload in line with company and client needs.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

The Role

• Carry out the installation, commissioning, servicing, and repairing of LEV systems, including dust and fume cupboards, oil mist and fume cupboards.
• Ensure all equipment is installed, commissioned, maintained and repaired in line with manufacturing guidelines and client requirements.
• Attend sites to carry out risk assessments in line with client requirements.
• Routinely change clients’ fans and filters.
• Gather information from sites to produce in‑depth technical reports for clients.
• Work in line with HSG 258 guidelines.
• Manage work schedule in line with company and client needs.
• Liaise with clients, providing excellent technical advice on any failures found and improvements that need to be made.
