Clark James Recruitment are working with a Leading Estate Agency business.

Due to expansion, our client is looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator to join the business.

Applicants must have previous Estate Agency experience, if you do not have previous experience your application will not be considered.

Role
  • Working as a Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator within a busy team.
  • The vacancy is based within a high performing and highly successful office which delivers consistent results and OTE's are very achievable and also exceeded.
  • Previous experience within an Estate Agency is essential.
  • Delivering exceptional service to our customers.
  • Working closely with customers and team colleagues.
  • Engage with clients to understand their property needs and provide tailored advice.
  • Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring excellent customer service throughout.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide potential buyers with detailed information about the properties.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings using our internal systems.
Candidate
  • Previous experience working within an Estate Agency with an understanding of the Property sector essential, please only apply if your cv demonstrates previous Estate Agency experience.
  • Must be able to demonstrate excellent communication, presentation and attention to detail.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
