Job description

As a Letting Negotiator you'll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our landlords and tenants. Your key responsibilities will include: Customer Service: Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth execution of all scheduled events. Viewings: Attend property viewings, engage with prospective renters, and close deals to exceed sales targets. Communication: Provide timely and relevant updates to all parties regarding viewings and appointments. Proactive Engagement: Identify opportunities to increase successful property viewings and conversions. Data Management: Keep accurate records and regularly update our CRM system. Problem Solving: Quickly resolve any issues that arise during the viewing and leasing process.
