Job summary

A property management company is looking for a Receptionist to support their Lettings Team. The candidate will provide administrative support ensuring smooth operations, such as answering calls, liaising with clients, and managing diaries. Excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a professional approach, are essential. This is a full-time permanent position with office hours from Monday to Friday, including holiday benefits and a probation period.

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming phone calls.
  • Business generation activities.
  • Diary management.
  • Liaising with clients.
  • Providing support to a busy team.
  • Booking viewings.
  • General office duties including filing, archiving, scanning and typing.
  • Arranging viewings.
  • Maintaining client database.
  • Use of property software.
  • Meet and greet clients.
  • Other general office tasks.
  • Greet people coming into offices, direct to appropriate contacts or services.
  • Provide general information in person and by phone.
  • Perform clerical duties and maintain front desk tasks.
  • Schedule appointments using manual or computerized systems.
  • Record bookings, receive payment, issue receipts.

Skills

Efficient and well organised with a keen eye for detail
Confident with a professional approach
Excellent standard of communication
Good level of IT knowledge, especially Microsoft Office
Excellent customer service skills
