Qualifications

  • Natural leader thriving in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance standards.
  • Outstanding organizational skills managing a busy workload.
  • Exceptional customer service delivery.
  • Full UK manual driving licence.

Lettings Branch Manager – Shepperton

Basic Salary: £22,000 – £32,000 (DOE)
On-Target Earnings: £50,000+ in year one
Benefits: Three-month retainer while you build your pipeline, uncapped commission, company car or car allowance, fully funded Level 3 Award in Property & Housing Management (including ARLA), genuine career progression, plus access to the company-wide Elevate incentives programme.

What We’re Looking For
  • At least 2 years’ experience in residential lettings at Senior Negotiator level or above.
