Basic Salary: £22,000 – £32,000 (DOE)
On-Target Earnings: £50,000+ in year one

Oversee tenant liaison, viewings, negotiations, and tenancy agreements.
Protect the Business
Ensure full compliance with lettings legislation and industry best practice.
Identify and manage risk to safeguard branch performance and reputation.
At least 2 years’ experience in residential lettings at Senior Negotiator level or above.
A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and motivates others to excel.
Strong commercial and strategic thinking, with proven success in driving results.
Excellent knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance standards.
Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload.
Someone who prides themselves on delivering exceptional customer service.
Confident using Microsoft Office.
A full UK manual driving licence.
